Returns & Refunds policy
Our goal is simple: deliver it so perfectly that returning it never crosses your mind.Still you are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.The deadline for canceling an order is 2 days from the date you place the order or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.Once the product is dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
By placing an order with, making a purchase from, or otherwise transacting with Sangam Agencies, also referred to as Sangam and/or Sangam Refrigeration (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sangam”), whether through its website, showroom, sales personnel, or any other channel, the customer expressly acknowledges, agrees, and irrevocably accepts that all products supplied by Sangam are inspected, verified, and dispatched in proper working condition in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards. Any request for return, replacement, or refund shall be governed strictly and exclusively by the terms set forth herein, which the customer is deemed to have accepted unconditionally prior to proceeding with the transaction, and no deviation shall be permitted thereafter.
The customer expressly understands and agrees that no product shall be eligible for return, replacement, or refund merely on the basis of preference, expectation mismatch, or post-delivery dissatisfaction, and that replacement of any product, if at all permissible, shall be undertaken only after physical inspection and written approval by the authorized service personnel of the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Sangam shall not be obligated to replace or refund any product unless such inspection conclusively establishes a manufacturing defect or eligibility as per the OEM’s policies, and the customer further acknowledges that the final and binding authority with respect to return, replacement, or refund rests solely with the OEM, including but not limited to Blue Star, whose decision shall be conclusive and non-contestable.
The customer further agrees that all products must be opened strictly in the presence of the delivery personnel or an authorized company technician, and any damage, defect, shortage, or discrepancy must be identified and reported at the time of such opening; failure to do so shall be deemed as the customer’s confirmation that the product has been received in satisfactory condition. Under no circumstances shall Sangam entertain complaints, claims, or requests raised after acceptance of delivery or installation, and no complaints shall be entertained at a later stage for reasons whatsoever, including transit damage, cosmetic issues, or performance concerns not validated by the OEM service inspection.
For any return or replacement consideration, the product must be maintained in original, unused, and resalable condition, with complete original packaging, cartons, protective materials, accessories, manuals, invoices, and serial number labels intact and untampered; any deviation shall render the product ineligible for consideration without exception. In the event a refund is approved by the OEM and processed by Sangam, the customer expressly agrees that any payment made through online or digital modes shall be subject to deduction of applicable MDR, payment gateway charges, banking fees, or aggregator costs, which are non-refundable and shall be borne solely by the customer, and the net refundable amount, if any, shall be determined after such deductions.
The customer expressly waives any right to dispute, claim, or initiate proceedings against Sangam in respect of denial of return, replacement, or refund where such denial is in accordance with this policy or OEM guidelines, and acknowledges that Sangam acts merely as an authorized dealer or distributor and does not assume manufacturer liability. This policy shall be read in conjunction with OEM warranty terms and shall prevail in the event of any conflict, subject always to the OEM’s final decision.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with return, replacement, or refund matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Pune, to the exclusion of all other jurisdictions.
Online Payment Disclaimer
While making any online or digital payment, the customer is advised to carefully review and accept the applicable terms, conditions, policies, and dispute resolution mechanisms of the respective payment aggregator, gateway, bank, or financial institution. Sangam Agencies, Sangam, or Sangam Refrigeration shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any dispute, delay, failure, reversal, chargeback, technical error, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the payment aggregator’s systems, services, or terms, and all such matters shall be governed solely by the aggregator’s policies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sangam’s responsibility, if any, shall be limited strictly to cases where the payment amount has been successfully debited from the customer’s account but has not been credited to Sangam, subject to confirmation from the payment aggregator or banking channel.
